Fallen Music Studio

The thing is, I have a problem with the transitions..
If you look at my  most recent video - the fading mep part, you'll see the problem.
I use transitions and everything in Sony Vegas, but for some reason, it doesn't flow from one scene to the next as smoothly as it should. It looks like I've just put the clips next to each other instead of interlacing them.
I don't know if you guys have a solution, but I was hoping you guys could maybe give me one, or if not then maybe you could tell me the exact transitions you guys use, so I could do the same. Your videos look pretty fine when it comes from flowing from one clip to the next actually.
It's really bothering me.

Plus, another problem I have discussed with MissDoonaQueen was (Your advice didn't work Dannie, unfortunately  ) was how when I render my videos, the beats and the whole clip are out of sunc. It's annoying because I spend so long trying to hit the beats and I don't know how to fix the problem...

Any thoughts or advice would be most welcome!!
