Did it happen after you tried installing New Blue fx? If so, you need to uninstall the plugins New Blue Film Effects, New Blue Cartoonr, New Blue3D Transformations, and NewBlue 3D Explosions. Just uninstall them from the plug in file and then Vegas should open again ^.^
